LOGRASSO, ROSEMARYRosemary LoGrasso went home to the Lord on January 30, 2016, at the age of 75. A devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother, Rosemary is survived by her husband Sam LoGrasso, son Joe (Jeanne), daughter Maryann (Jim) Caris, sons Tony (Jennifer) and Sal (Sandra), and grandchildren Kristina, Alyssa, Jaclyn, Olivia, Nina, Joey, Natalie, Noelle and Sammy. She follows to heaven her parents, Joseph and Antoinette Bommarito, her brother Nick, and her sister Anne LoPiccolo. A devout Catholic, Rosemary touched and lifted many with her kindness and generosity. Those many who know her from her 30 years as playground mom and in food service in the Lake Shore school district, will remember her fondly. Memories of her caring ways and the many Christmas Eve gatherings she and Sam hosted, with their traditional seafood delicacies, will always be fondly cherished by her family. Rosemary loves cooking, vacations with friends and family, watching Tiger baseball games, going to the casino, and neighborhood card parties. She dearly loves her friends, and especially her family. She is an avid fan of all her grandchildrens' numerous sports and activities, and over the years attended their countless dance recitals, baseball, basketball, and hockey games, horse riding, gymnastics and cheerleading competitions, band performances, and school plays. This is written in the present tense because each soul, once born, never dies. Jesus said in John 10:28 ...and I give eternal life to them, and they will never perish; and no one will snatch them out of My hand. Rosemary, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin, niece, and friend, we will all dearly miss you, until we see you again. Visitation Tuesday 3-9pm with 7:00pm Rosary at Wujek-Calcaterra & Sons 36900 Schoenherr at Metro Parkway. Funeral Wednesday Instate 9:00am at St. Anastasia Church 4571 John R. (btw. Wattles & Long Lake) until time of Mass at 9:30am. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
