ROSSO, PATRICIA J. Age 73 October 28, 2025 Beloved wife of Don. Loving mother of Shannon (Gregg) Piwinski. Proud grandmother of Paige & Parker. Dearest sister of Laura (the late Tim) Cauley, Paul (Lisa) Rutoski & Rob (Teresa) Rutoski. Dear sister in law of the late Christine (the late Ron) Rautio & Cynthia (the late John III) Stoll. Also remembered by many loving nieces and nephews and her bonus grandchildren Anthony, Zach, and Nathan.. Pat will be dearly missed by Keke and Mia her granddogs. Patricia’s greatest joy was her family. She loved cheering on her grandson, Parker, at his college lacrosse games and never missed a chance to watch her granddaughter, Paige, shine at tennis tournaments and cheer competitions. Sundays were sacred in her home—every week she gathered her loved ones around the table for a home-cooked meal. Patricia was an extraordinary cook, known for her delicious dishes and the warmth that filled her kitchen. A woman of many passions, Patricia found peace and happiness in her vegetable garden, where she tended to her plants with care and pride. She was an avid reader who adored the works of Stephen King, often getting lost for hours in one of his novels. She also had a deep love for travel, exploring the world with curiosity and wonder. Among her favorite destinations were England, Scotland, Germany, Costa Rica, and Switzerland. She especially cherished family spring breaks in Florida—where she loved going deep-sea fishing—and trips to Jackson Hole and the Rocky Mountains. Patricia was also a lifelong and loyal Detroit Tigers fan, rarely missing a game and always cheering on her team with enthusiasm and heart. She had a heart for others and devoted much of her time to volunteering and organizing charitable events throughout the year. Her kindness, compassion, and selflessness touched everyone who knew her. She always put others before herself and made every person she met feel valued and loved. Patricia will be remembered for her warmth, her generosity, her incredible cooking, and her unwavering love for her family. Her legacy lives on in the lives she touched and the memories she created. She will be deeply missed and forever loved. Memorial Visitation will take place on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 from 3-8pm with a 7:00pm Memorial Service at Wujek-Calcaterra & Sons 54880 Van Dyke at 25 Mile Rd. (SHELBY TOWNSHIP).
