Dear sister of Robin McArthur, Tracey (James) Bulas, Kathleen McGibbon, Colleen (Randy) Braden, and John McGibbon. Predeceased by her parents Gilbert and Delores Rice and her step mother Patricia Rice. She is also survived by her father and mother-in-laws Guy and Marilyn Bicknell. Sandra was a beloved member of the Cool Hand Euchre Club for many years and will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her.
