BULGARELLI, Ronald Alan. June 27, 2026. Age 83. It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Ronald Bulgarelli, who passed away on June 27, surrounded by the love of his family. Ron was a devoted husband, extraordinary father, proud grandfather, inspiring educator, and cherished friend. He is survived by his beloved wife of 59 years, Judi Bulgarelli; his daughter, Terri Stabnick (Jim Toth); his son, Stephen Bulgarelli; his daughter, Jill Bulgarelli; his sisters, Norine Engh and Carol Kohl (Bill Kohl); and his treasured grandchildren, Austin Stabnick and Maddie Stabnick, who were the light of his life. If you knew Ron, you laughed with Ron. He never met a stranger—only someone who would soon become a friend. His quick wit, contagious laughter, and joyful spirit had a way of making everyone around him feel welcomed, valued, and part of the family. For 59 beautiful years, Ron and Judi shared a marriage built on love, laughter, friendship, and unwavering devotion. Together, they built a family that was the center of Ron's life. He loved his three children unconditionally, celebrating each for their unique gifts and never missing an opportunity to tell them how proud he was. His grandchildren brought him endless joy and were his greatest blessing. Ron dedicated his career to education as a teacher and principal, where he made a lasting difference in the lives of countless students, colleagues, and families. He believed every child deserved to be seen, heard, and celebrated. He led with kindness, compassion, and integrity, supporting his teachers and inspiring everyone around him to be their very best. Beyond his career, Ron was a mentor, a trusted friend, and a surrogate father to many. He was the rock of his family, the glue that brought people together, and the kind of person who left everyone feeling better simply by having spent time with him. A true foodie, Ron was always thinking about his next great meal. He loved discovering new restaurants, watching cooking shows, and preparing meals for the people he loved—usually leaving every kitchen a little messier than he found it. His family will also fondly remember the stain that somehow found its way onto nearly every shirt he owned. Those quirks, along with his love of storytelling, made him unmistakably Ron. He taught everyone around him how to live. He reminded everyone to embrace each day, cherish the people you love, and never sweat the small stuff. Ronald's greatest legacy is not found in any single accomplishment but in the countless lives he touched. He showed us how to lead with kindness, love without limits, laugh often, celebrate one another, and appreciate every day. Ron leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, laughter, and generosity that will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him. While our hearts are broken, we are deeply grateful for the memories he gave us and the example he set. He will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten. A private celebration of Ron's life will be held at a later date. Family and friends will gather to honor the remarkable man who taught us all how to live, laugh, and love.
