Paul Edward Parker, 85 passed away on November 22, 2021. He was born in South Bend, Indiana on 10/28/1936, son of the late Alfred and Theresa (Kulka) Parker. Paul spent the majority of his career as a Sales Representative in the Automotive Plastics Industry. Paul was an Army veteran serving in The Cold War, stationed out of Fort Bliss, Texas. Paul was an active sports fan and spent many years with his wife Jo as a Detroit Piston season ticket holder and continued to watch games and most golf tournaments up to his passing. Paul was also an avid golfer and Jazz music fan, was very social and liked to meet new people. In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his brothers David and John Parker and is survived by his sister Mary Beth Pletcher (Douglas). Paul was a loving husband and proud grandfather of six. Paul is survived by his loving wife of 62 years Josephine (Turco), his children Maureen Brownlee (Scott Conner), Paul (Sue), Michael (Lilly Tobar), Lisa Kalinowski (Raymond) and grandchildren Lauren, Megan, Jeremy, Alyssa, Sydney and Dominic and great grandchildren Zachary and Margo. Visitation Thursday, December 9, 3:00pm-9:00pm with funeral services Friday December, 10, visitation 10:00am until time of service at 11:00am at Wujek-Calcaterra & Sons, Inc. (Shelby Township) 54880 VanDyke at 25 Mile Rd. Burial at Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donation are appreciated to the Alzheimer's Association www.Alzheimers.org
