PALUZZI, Joseph Jr. March 26, 2022. Age 84. Beloved husband of Marlene (nee: Tosetti) for 54 years. Loving father of Joseph Paluzzi III (Shelly), Marisa Fett (Eric), Felicia Paluzzi and Dominic Paluzzi (Olivia). Proud and loving Papa of Maria, Joseph IV, Mia, Michael, Christina, Lea, Mario, Rita and Cecilia. Dear brother of the late Leonard Paluzzi (the late Marion), the late Anna Bitonti (the late Frank) and the late Gino Paluzzi (Ellen). Joe earned his Master's Degree in Mathematics from Wayne State University and served as an educator at Southeastern and Osborne High Schools and a professor at the University of Detroit for 30 years. Joe was also the proud owner of Buscemi's in Warren. Joe had a strong faith which he instilled in his family, was an excellent cook and was a genuinely kind and humble man. He loved his family more than anything else in his life; he was truly a loving husband and was incredibly proud of his children and grandchildren. Visitation Friday 2-9pm at Wujek-Calcaterra & Sons, Inc., 36900 Schoenherr at Metro Parkway (16 Mile), Sterling Heights. Instate Saturday 11:30am until time of 12 noon Mass at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 21620 Greater Mack (N. of Vernier), St. Clair Shores. Entombment, Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Township.
