GRZYMKOWSKI, Janet, M., (nee Mile), age 62, passed away on January 4, 2022 surrounded by her family. She was born March 8, 1959 to the late Chester Vincent (Chet) and Helen (nee Kukawski) Mile. Janet graduated from Edwin Denby High School in Detroit, MI in 1977. She worked a variety of jobs, making many lasting friendships along the way. She leaves behind her loving husband of 31 years, Gerard; her children, Matthew (Leona) and Julie (Mike); her beloved grandson, Matteo Jameson; her siblings, Jim (Sue) Mile and Carole (Doug) Frattini; nieces, nephews, and many dear friends. She was greeted in heaven by her parents and brother Robert. Janet never met a stranger - from neighbors to coworkers and even the employees of her favorite stores, everyone she met was a friend. She served as lunch mom for Warren Woods Public Schools and had the opportunity to help the children there. She will be remembered as a caring, loving mother and friend to all. Her family is grateful to all those who knew her and loved her. A memorial visitation for Janet will be held on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at Wujek Calcaterra Funeral Home in Sterling Heights from 3pm to 8pm with a memorial service that will begin at 6pm.
