BROWN, Clifford A. December 5, 2023. Age 72. Beloved husband of Mary M. Brown. Loving father of Marilyn Brown (Johnny), Clifford A. Brown, Jr. (Nichole), Jason T. Brown, and John C. Pollock (Bethanie). Proud grandfather of Sahsha, Sydney, Janai, Caden, Cailey, Kyle, Jacoby, Londyn, Anthony, Austin, Alexander, and the late Jalen. Dear brother of Eleanor Lindsey, Keith Brown, and the late Rosemary Brown. Dearest son of the late Frank R. & Elizabeth A. Brown. Also survived by many loving nieces & nephews. Clifford graduated from Eastern Michigan University - Bachelors of Business Administration, Accounting, 1973, also Northwood Institute – Associate Degree, Business Management, 1971. His career highlights include: Arthur Young/Ernst & Young – Audit Principal Client Engagements, Audit Manager. He was owner of CAB Industries/Widger Chemical, as well as his own firm; Clifford A. Brown CPA, P.C. Detroit Public Schools – Director, Office of Internal Audit. Michigan First Credit Union – Senior Vice President for Finance. Wayne State University – Associate V.P. Fiscal Operations & Controller. Manager Office Operations Development & Alumni Affairs School of Medicine.
