Blagica "Barb" Trbovic

April 24, 1958 - May 4, 2022

TRBOVIC, BLAGICA "Barb" was born on April 24th 1958 in the village of Beloviste, Macedonia. Daughter to the late Stojan Marinkovski, she leaves behind her mother Ljubica. She was the youngest 4 siblings, sister to Dusko, Blaze and Dusica Atleski. In 1969 the family immigrated to Detroit to beginning their new lives In America. Blagica "Barb" and her husband, Rade Trbovic of 44 years, were married in May 1978. Together they raised two wonderful children, Milos (Maria) Trbovic and Silvana (Velko) Stamevski. Her greatest joy and pleasure in life was her 5 wondeful grandchildren Adrianna, Tatianna, Kristian, Olivia and Melania. Blagica "Barb" enjoyed her days baking, staying busy with word search puzzles, babysitting her grandchildren and spending time with her mother. She was over joyed when her son, Milos, moved closed to her in Shelby. She loved to sit on the front porch and wait for her grandaughters to drive by the house with the golf cart and take her for a drive down the street. In the summer, Blagica "Barb" would vacation with her daughter Silvana, mother Ljubica, sister Dusica, niece Daniela and all of the grandchildren. On May 4th 2022, Blagica "Barb" was surrounded by her husband and children at her home and peacefully passed joining her father Stojan and niece Olivia Atleski. Visitation Sunday 2-9pm with 5:00pm Pomen Prayers at Wujek-Calcaterra & Sons 54880 Van Dyke at 25 Mile (Shelby Township). Funeral Monday Instate 10:00am at St. Lazarus Serbian Orthodox Cathedral 4575 Outer Dr E at Van Dyke until time of Liturgy at 11:00am. Interment Guardian Angel Cemetery.
