Beverly Jean McGuffie

Beverly Jean McGuffie has been called home to Jesus, as of May 17, 2022 at 1:43am. She was loving wife of John (deceased) and loving Mother of son Rick and his wife Ginger, son Collin and daughter Tia; Melanie and husband Mark, daughter Ashley and son Jacob; Dorothy and husband John, daughter Amber and her husband Matt with son Quinton, and sons Alex, who is expecting a boy in October, Zach, & Josh; John & wife Katie, & Beverly’s self adopted daughter Karen and Ken Aiello, along with Karen’s sons Kevin, wife Kate and son Finn; Rick and wife Kaitlin with daughter Lottie and son Lincoln. Beverly loved life and all things she touched, tasted, or heard. Her main passions were Jesus, outdoors, baseball, playing games, food, music, dancing, singing, and laughing. She greeted and treated all those she came in contact with love and respect. She never met a stranger and was always willing to lend a helping hand, run an errand, clean house, and tend to those in need. Her favorite songs were from the 50’s & 60’s, and all spirituals, especially Amazing Grace. Upon meeting her, she would smile and welcome you with her entire essence of love. She didn’t lead an easy or luxurious lifestyle, but she didn’t carry pain or pass it on. The last few years were not easy; however, you’d never know it. Her main trademark was her laughter, which was so infectious, it made all who heard it, laugh right along with her. Don’t be sad she’s not on this earth, as it was time for heaven to see her beautiful smile, feel her love, hear her sing, and laugh. Rejoice with knowing she is well loved by all that knew her on earth and now in heaven. We love you mom and look forward to seeing your beauty in all its glory in the future Visitation Friday, 3-9pm at Wujek-Calcaterra & Sons. 36900 Schoenherr Rd. at Metro Parkway (16 Mile). Instate 9am at Faith Missionary Baptist Church, 39401 Townhall St, Harrison Twp, until the 10am Funeral Service.
