KOZLOWSKI, RONALD Entered Life May 11,1949. Entered Eternal Life January 22, 2025. A life that touches others goes on forever. Beloved husband of Juliana Jarkey-Kozlowski, his wife of 45 years. Survived by brothers David Kozlowski (Theresa Mike), Frank Kozlowski, and Christopher Kozlowski; nieces and nephews Rachell Cook (Lucas), Jacob Kozlowski, Isabella Kozlowski, Kim Kozlowski, Jennifer Kozlowski, Rebecca Ross (Jeff), Adam Kozlowski and Laurén Kozlowski; and 13 Godchildren. Ron was employed by Chrysler Corporation, General Dynamics, and Seco Tools. He was an Army veteran, receiving the highest rank of an E-5 enlisted serviceman without going into combat. Ron was very active in his St. Mark Orthodox Church Community, where he served as the council president, financial secretary and was also a member of the church choir. He participated for several years in the Christmas basket program, and was on call whenever needed. He also served over 25 years on his HOA board of directors as president, vice president, and chaired several committees. He enjoyed playing all sports in his youth, and as an adult he loved to fish. Ron also became an avid pickleball player after he was introduced to the sport in The Villages, FL. He tutored children at Hamlin Elementary and coached anyone who wanted pickleball lessons. He was a people person, and cast a wide net that encompassed family, friends, and casual acquaintances he met in passing. May he continue to cheer for his hometown teams, the Lions, Tigers, and Red Wings, from the heavens. With the Saints give rest, O Lord, to the soul of Thy servant, Ronald, where there is neither sickness, nor sorrow, nor sighing, but life everlasting, Amen. Memory Eternal. Visitation Monday 3-8pm with 7:00pm Panikhida (Prayer Service) at Wujek-Calcaterra & Sons 54880 Van Dyke at 25 Mile Rd. (SHELBY TOWNSHIP). Funeral Tuesday Instate 10:00am at St. Mark Orthodox Christian Church 400 W Hamlin Rd. (btw. Rochester & Livernois Rds.) until time of the Funeral Service at 11:00am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the following charities: The Humane Society of Macomb, St. Jude Children’s Hospital or St. Mark Christian Orthodox Church.
