Stephanie Valentine

Stephanie Maria Valentine was born on December 6, 1960 in Detroit, Michigan to Fausto Antoniolli and Ida Elisa (Lisa) Agnoli. She died on November 25, 2023 of colon cancer. She is survived by her mother, Ida Elisa Antoniolli (James Scott), her husband and the love of her life, Bruce Valentine, her children, Aaron (Kim) Sobel and Giordana Sobel, her grandchildren, Emma, Mason, and Leo Sobel, and her siblings, Remo (Debbie) Antoniolli, Laura (Paul) Merchant, Cristina Antoniolli (Chris Engquist), and Anita Antoniolli. She is also survived by her bonus children Steve (Emily) Valentine and Todd (Anastasia) Valentine, her bonus grandchildren, Ryan, Matthew, Drew, and Hannah Valentine, and many nieces and nephews. Stephanie had a fulfilling career as an executive, most recently in marketing and product management. She left the corporate world early in order to spend more time with Bruce and on volunteer interests. She loved her Kensington Church community, and was so blessed with volunteering at Beaumont Hospice as a patient visitor, and at Kensington as a Stephen Ministry Leader, on the Prayer Team, at Celebration Place, and as a member of the Impact India 360 board. She also was blessed by the members of her cancer small group at Kensington. Stephanie loved her family very much, and has been so thrilled to be a Nonna. She loved to entertain, especially for holidays, and totally enjoyed her travel adventures with Bruce. You could find her taking long walks with the dog in the morning near her home in every sort of weather. She was a truly magnanimous soul, who touched the lives of many with unparalleled grace and generosity. She leaves behind a legacy that reflects the epitome of kindness. Her acts of charity, words of encouragement, and selfless deeds exemplify a true spirit of giving. Memorial Visitation Wednesday from 1-8pm with 6:30pm Prayer Service at Wujek - Calcaterra & Sons 54880 Van Dyke at 25 Mile Rd. (SHELBY TOWNSHIP). Funeral Thursday Memorial Gathering 10:00am at Kensington Church 1825 E Square Lake Rd at John R. until 11:00am Memorial Service.
