Cindy Mullins

Cynthia ‘Cindy’ Mullins (nee Storai). (June 16, 1955- April 14, 2024). Passed away suddenly and unexpectedly in the early hours of April 14, 2024. She had spent the prior evening in the company of family and friends back in her hometown side of Michigan where she had, characteristically; made us all laugh and shake our heads. She will forever be remembered for being unapologetically herself no matter where she went or who her company. Cindy was a force to be reckoned with; a champion for her loved ones, especially in their times of need. Whether Cindy was guiding us on legal formalities, being a sleuth on the internet, or checking into a spot for dinner- she was always on the case. Her family and friends will miss her daily text message updates and random facetime calls. The softest side of Cindy could be admired in the love she poured into her granddaughters. She cherished her time with them and the ability to spoil them with all the girly things. Cindy would delight in her granddaughter’s abilities to make her laugh and to occasionally cause a ruckus. When Tim & Cindy moved to Zeeland in 2021 to be closer to their children and grandchildren, it was the start of a glorious two years together. Many family meals, dance parties, euchre games, and backyard projects. This cherished time together will remain a prominent memory for their loved ones left earth-side. The truth is, that when Tim passed last summer, Cindy’s heart was left broken. The dynamic duo and the love they shared yearned to be reunited. Her family finds solace in knowing that they are together again. Cindy’s memory will be carried by the legacy that she left behind in her loved ones. Her son, Justin (Katie); granddaughters, Sloane, Lennon & Siena; nephew, Kevin (Ashley) Storai; and so many dear friends- too many to list, but nonetheless valued. Visitation will be held Friday 4/19 from 3-9pm at Wujek-Calcaterra & Sons, Inc 36900 Schoenherr at Metro Parkway (16 Mile Rd).
